What types of things are you doing in mind, body, and spirit so you bend but don’t break? For me, I spend time with my animals, make sure I have enough healthy things to eat and drink each day, get enough rest (I encourage you to try the free “Calm” app for great free meditations to help you sleep, focus, forgive, etc), and get regular physical activity. If any of my patients want to work out with me at Supreme Fitness Club in my building, I will check with the owner about getting you a free pass.
